What programs did you use to make them? Or, well, what programs would you use if you were just starting out, I guess? Iām not going to be good any time soon, if ever, but Iād like to make a few icons, and it would be nice if they looked like I sort of knew what I was doing!

I've been making icons for many years , almost 7-8 years I think ?? And I've still a long way to go. So, IG the thing is , to just start and keep making. Over the time , we all learn and settle into our unique style through trial and error. Of course , there are many amazing tutorials out there. My advice would be to start from the most basic ones , crop , coloring , negative background , texts etc. Complex compositions , layering etc. shouldn't be important at the beginning phase. The key is to keep having fun so that one doesn't feel like, " Phew ! I'm exhausted ! Let's take a break from icon making . " It should feel like , " Phew ! I'm exhausted ! Let's take a break and go make some icons and refresh myself. "
